Life-time Advisors

| TISBA's
Life-time Advisors consist only of the founding TISBA Executive
Board members which remain in good standing with the Association. The purpose of the life-time advisors, among other things are to: (1) assist in the orderly transfer of authority in order that the Association runs smoothly, (2) make sure that new Board members have a clear understanding of the Constitution and its intent from its authors, (3) provide historical information on decisions and rulings made by the previous Board (s). Life-time Advisors may take part in all discussions and debates on TISBA's Board list or at Board meetings. Unless currently serving in an elected office, Life-time Advisors may NOT make motions and do NOT have voting privileges on TISBA's Board. TISBA's Life-time Advisors are bound by the same rules of order and confidentiality as the elected Board members. |
